We have been enjoying a shooter every morning of “liquid gold.”
These take no time at all, add extra natural energy to your body, and give you a perfect dose of your veggie intake for the day.
Wheatgrass Banana Shooter
1-2 ounces of juice of wheatgrass
1/4 C of Almond Milk
3-4 Ice Cubes
1/2 Banana
Method
Mix in a blender
Enjoy a shot or two
Empty stomach is best!
Serve in a double shot-glass
Wheatgrass Berry Smoothie
Recipe:
1-2 ounces of juice from wheatgrass
1-2 T Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of mixed berries: blueberries, blackberries & raspberries
4-5 Ice Cubes
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
If too thick add a few T of water
Add to blender
Mix until all ingredients are puréed
Enjoy!
