Chia Seeds Comparison to the following
I’m such a visual and had to share the above benefits of this smoothie.

Kale from my garden last year. I’m ecstatic just thinking of all the varieties I will be planting this year.
Kale Pineapple & Chia Smoothie with a touch of Spice
A handful of kale or more
Cupful of fresh cut pineapple
1T chia seeds
Dash or so of cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup of water – more if to thick
4-5 ice cubes more if not thick enough
Method
Add all ingredients to the blender
Let blend at last a few minutes.
Adding more water or ice if needed.
The Kale takes a bit longer to break down
You want a very smooth Purée
Serve with a pineapple wedge or use a fine grater & dust cinnamon over the top.
Cinnamon adds that extra depth and a nice complaint to the kale.
