As looking out at the stormy weather & water so ever choppy. My son Bren says “can we have some warm tortillas with chicken and cheese for dinner?”
It was not the plan for dinner, however it was a easy switch.
As the tortilla dough is resting I prepared the barbecue chicken, Beechers handmade cheese, cilantro, tomatoes & avocado.
