Honestly this is such a yummy recipe.

1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1-1/2 pounds large or extra large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Heat grill to medium.
mix the olive oil, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper and shrimp in a bowl.
Stir until shrimp are evenly coated with seasoning.
Place shrimp on grill and cook about 1-1/2 – 2 minutes per side. -do not overcook
Cover to keep shrimp warm.
3 avocados, seeded & peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 shallot diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or more
1 clove garlic, minced
In a bowl using a potato masher -mash avocado adding the salt, cumin, and cayenne
-fold in the shallots, jalapeño, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
Add lime juice.
Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
