This recipe was created with my girlfriends.
My girlfriend Bonnie was the lead on mixing.
7,5 ounces crème fraîche (we used Bellwether Farms)
1/4 cup or so finely chopped cilantro
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 t sea salt
1/2 -1 roasted jalapeño finely chopped
1-2 T chili powder
Give or take a little on the above
In a medium bowl mix crème fraiche
Add salt & chili powder -mix
Add jalapeño & cilantro -mix
Add lime juice
Honestly this is so delicious!
It keeps in the frig for a good week.
Serve on grilled corn on the cob, shrimp/fish tacos and anything else your heart desires
