Pumpkins; all shapes, sizes and so colorful. We grew these all by seed.
The long crazy cornstalk is also from our produce garden.
I love all the imperfections and the rustic feeling.
One of my favorite Lil pumpkins.
One of the wild bunnies! You see them all over where we live.
Homemade chicken noodle soup, and yes you can believe it I made the noodles. Homemade honey wheat oat bread-boys new favorite!
The rainiest day in September we has a soccer game. Starbucks was a must!
My son Bren supporting his team from the sidelines. He was dripping wet and it did not bother him a bit. We are so fortunate to have met Coach Tiny. I honestly can say he is passionate, kind, loving and the greatest soccer coach. He is teaching our group of boys not only the game, skills and sportsmanship. He is teaching life lessons.
All of the boys may not realize at this point, however I truly believe they will all look back on these memories and be so thankful.
They played their hearts out at this game, as they do at all games.
We are playing up U11. We knew going in challenges were going to take place.
The boys are really learning and growing in their skill-set and also from each other. The mix could not be more perfect. All different personalities and from different parts of town. Friendships that may have never happened, however I believe were meant to be!
Afterwards it was time to get Bren some hot-cocoa and a big yummy buttermilk pancake. It was off to Shakabrah with grandma & Poppi. The best breakfast in out town.
A perfect healthy meal for football Sunday!
Homemade tortillas, organic grilled chicken with homemade barbecue sauce, feta cheese and of course cilantro.
Comfort food with out any guilt.
Produce garden is still producing.
Bounty of broccoli!
If I can’t grow it myself you bet I will only buy organic.
Daily joy that I’m forever grateful for… It is always a highlight of our days. It is right around dinner and I’m thankful for the evenings we can all capture the moment together.
