STAR CHEFS ON BROADWAY EVENT
Seed to Table; Five course Italian Dinner in honor of Broadway Center’s arts education programs, serving almost 40,000 students, teachers and families annually.
Thank you to the auction bidders for making it the largest donation of the evening.
First off I have to thank these lovely ladies for making it all possible.
Their time and efforts truly made all the difference! I could not have done this without them. Grateful for these girlfriends!
Entire meal was homemade, from the garden & local grass fed meats Thanks to Dave’s Meats for donating the most spectacular cuts!
I also have to thank my dear friend Deb that happens to be my sister in law. AKA: “Deb the Baker”
She spent an entire day with me the Sunday prior making homemade butternut squash lasagna. Also, Cynthia for spending a few hours with us cutting & caramelizing the onions.
It missed a photograph but it was our best batch to date we have made!

I can’t thank my friend Trish enough for making me stop in the midst and take this in…all the hard-work, prep and details were truly magical.
She also receives all the photo credit. She was snapping away in between serving.
The Grass Fed Filet was the most scrumptious paired with garden string beans with lemon zest.
A takeaway is a staple at my dinner parties!
I’m grateful for the recipe one of my favorite chefs shared this past summer. I’m over the moon as I was able to take him one a few weeks ago in Brooklyn.

Donating my time and what I’m passionate about for the arts for children was an honor. I’m thankful to be apart of this extraordinary organization.
